James Products - Guarantee

James Products ultrasonic cleaners are carefully manufactured and 100% tested using high quality assured components. They are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a failure should occur, the unit will be repaired or replaced* free of charge when returned to the address below within the guarantee period. Postage costs relating to returning the item to JPL to be paid by purchaser.

For service in the guarantee period please return the unit (postage paid by purchaser) to:

When returning your unit please ensure that the package contains a covering letter stating when and where you purchased the unit and a description of the problem encountered. If the unit is within the guarantee period please enclose proof of purchase.

* Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer.

In accordance with its policy of progressive product design, James Products Ltd reserves the right to change product specifications without prior notice.

Returns Policy

We hope that all customers are happy with their JamesProducts Ultrasonic Cleaner, however, if you are not satisfied with your goods, we will accept them for return provided receipt is within 7 days of purchase.

Goods will be refunded or exchanged provided that they are unused, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

Prior to returning an item, please contact our Sales Desk on 44 (0) 1258 820100 or email sales@james-products.co.uk to obtain a RETURNS NUMBER. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. When returning the goods, please write this return number on your receipt.

Please note that we are unable to accept any goods returned without an official return number and your goods receipt.

We are not responsible for postage or packages that fail to reach us. Please check your order carefully before sending.
